Risk bands
How many flags tip a customer into amber / red.
Event due-soon window
An event turns amber when its planned date is within this many days, and red once the date has passed. Separate from “no opportunity completed recently”.
Not signed up
The customer hasn’t signed up yet — there’s no signed date on record.

Department blocked
Profile-building is marked blocked and can’t move forward until it’s cleared.

Department on hold
Profile-building is paused (on hold) rather than actively progressing.

No profile-building opportunity has ever been completed for this customer.

It’s been longer than the “days” threshold since the last completed opportunity.

Profile completion is still under the “% under” target after the grace period (“after days”) has passed.

An in-progress track has had no activity for longer than the “days” threshold.

Profile completion
Completion % is the weighted average of each customer's profile-building work items by status. Set what each status is worth (0–100). Weights save with “Save rules”; “Save & recompute all” applies them to every customer now (this overwrites manual per-customer edits).

Each profile-building item contributes its status weight to the average.
